Description
Marco Quadri is an illustrator and comic book artist from Bologna, Italy. After earning a BA in Fine Arts in Traditional Printing Techniques and an MA in Illustration, he began working as a freelance illustrator and comic artist. Some of his work has been published in anthologies such as Kuš (LT), Baobab (CZ), Sigaretten (IT), Le Monde (DE). His first comic book ‘Bottleneck’ came out in France with ‘Les Requins Marteaux’. He has collaborated with magazines including The New York Times (US), The New Yorker (US), Jacobin (DE) and many more. In 2020, he co-founded Enter Press, a risograph studio and publishing collective focused on printing with independent and underground comic book artists. In 2022 he opened, together with many more artists, Titivil, an exhibition space, bookshop and studio in Bologna (IT).
