Description
Katharina Kulenkampff is a comic artist and illustrator.
She studied visual communication at the Berlin-Weißensee Academy of Art.
Katharina publishes small editions of books and zines herself. She uses ink and pen and likes to draw animals and insects as funny, whimsical characters for her pictures and stories.
Her first comic, “Wie ich ein grauer Hund wurde” (How I Became a Gray Dog), was published by Rotopol in 2025.
Some of her illustrations have been published in The New Yorker, The New York Times, Illustoria magazine, and other newspapers and publications worldwide
