Als Druckvorlage eignet sich ein PDF oder eine PSD-Datei. Jede Druckfarbe muss als eigene Seite bzw. Ebene in Graustufen angelegt sein. Sortiere die Farben dabei von hell nach dunkel — Gelb, Neon Pink, Rot, Blau, Schwarz. Bitte mach deine Ordnung im Namen erkenntlich und füge noch eine farbige Ansicht zum Abgleichen hinzu.
Lass am besten 10mm zu allen Rändern frei, da der Drucker nicht bis zum Rand drucken kann (Fig. a).
Um Blitzer zu vermeiden, sollten sich Flächen unter Linien berühren. Außerdem sollten dünne Linien und Fleißtext nur aus einer Farbe bestehen.
Im oberen Bereich des Blattes solltest du nicht 100% Farbauftrag erreichen, da sich sonst das Papier nicht gut von der Farbwalze lösen kann (Fig. b).
Falls mehrere Druckgänge erforderlich sind — ab 3 Farben — solltest du beim ersten Druckgang im mittleren Bereich nicht zu viel Farbauftrag verwenden, da dort das Papier von einer ca. 2,5 cm dicken Rolle in den Drucker gezogen wird (Fig. c).
A PDF or PSD file is suitable as a print template. Each print colour must be created as a separate page or layer in greyscale. Sort the colours from light to dark — yellow, neon pink, red, blue, black. Please make your order recognisable in the name and add a coloured view for matching.
It is best to leave 10mm to all edges as the printer cannot print to the edge (Fig. a).
To avoid flashes, areas under lines should touch each other. In addition, thin lines and spot text should consist of only one colour.
In the upper part of the sheet you should not achieve 100% ink coverage, otherwise the paper will not release well from the inking roller (Fig. b).
If several print runs are required — from 3 colours upwards — you should not use too much ink application in the middle area during the first print run, as the paper is pulled into the printer there from a roll approx. 2.5 cm thick (Fig. c).
