In der Ausstellung »Happiness Machine« präsentierte »Animationseries2000« neue Arbeiten in einer multimedialen Installation. Zwischen Kunst und Kommerz wurde in »Happiness Machine« das Triviale des Alltags verarbeitet. Im Zentrum stand dabei die Konsumwelt, deren Produktionen und Banalitäten in Form von Objekten, Illustrationen, Comics und Malereien aufgegriffen wurden und auch in 2D-digital animierten Werbespots wieder auftauchten.

Das Hamburger Künstlerduo »Animationseries2000« arbeitet mit einer ganzen Bandbreite von Medien wie Malerei, Illustration, Animation, Comic und Objekten. In ihrer Arbeiten beschäftigen sie sich viel mit der ästhetischen und kulturellen Bedeutung alltäglicher Konsumwelten.

In the exhibition »Happiness Machine« the artist duo »Animationseries2000« presented their new works in a multimedia installation. Between art and commerce, the trivial aspects of everyday life were processed in »Happiness Machine«. The focus was on the everyday consumerism, whose productions and banalities were taken up in the form of objects, illustrations, comics and paintings and also in 2D digitally animated commercials.
